Power Apps platform Implementation in SUPORTIAS
The Challenge
The Health industry requires very high quality and security standards on data management. This industry manages very sensitive information of patients and companies that force to apply some special protocols that in other sectors are not required.
SUPORTIAS creates the necessary environment to detect, design and implement service solutions, support and effective communication with patients, health professionals, the pharma industry and public and private health organizations.
With the Microsoft Power Platform, we implemented the solution in a very short time without code development for the management of patients and their data. The solution had to be completed and ready for use in production within a few days, without neglecting any of the required information security protocols.
The Journey
The project has included all the management carried out by SUPORTIAS with the patients, with their follow-up surveys and the management of the different activities with them. Additionally, tools have been implemented to report the results obtained and to follow up on the work to be done.
The secure management of the information and the active follow-up of the patients is key in the business processes implemented in the solution.
The methodology of the project was Agile, which has allowed us in jus few weeks to have the solution in production and live.
The Arrival
The ease of use and customization allowed Suportias to have an agile, adaptable and fast implementation platform where its different business processes have been configured.
With this new implantation, AXAZURE makes its first implementation of Power Apps in a company that bets for the technological innovation.
Once the first phase is implemented, the evolution of the platform is simple and fast, which allows companies like SUPORTIAS to be prepared for any new business requirement that may arise.
