We introduce you to a new member of our team, who will be responsible for the new line of Managed Services that we started in 2023 and want to expand in 2024.
He is Lázaro Alcázar, a Senior Technician in Computer Applications Development, born in Ciudad Real and with more than 15 years of experience in Microsoft products and services, especially in Dynamics, where he started, back in the days when dinosaurs inhabited the earth, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2.
With experience in all modules of the product, but also in Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint and the different areas of the manufacturer’s solution, Lázaro joins as Manager in project management and Microsoft services to be part of the exciting project that Axazure has ahead.
What prompted you to embark on this new professional stage?
Lázaro:
I have worked almost my entire professional career in large consulting firms for major clients in this country and the rest of Europe, this has allowed me to be exposed to a wide variety of industries, develop a multitude of functions, meet really brilliant people and develop my executive skills, but with a high commercial pressure and away from the specialisation and quality with which I feel more comfortable.

When the opportunity to join Axazure came up, I had no doubt that it was the right time to take the step. Thanks to the Microsoft community, over the years I have been able to get to know many of the people who today make up this great company and I know the importance they give to team well-being and specific knowledge within their value offer.
What motivates you most about joining the team?
Lázaro:
I believe that my incorporation can help develop new lines of business and strengthen existing ones, as well as other areas of the organisation in which to apply everything I have acquired during my professional career.
The adoption of managed services represents an effective way for the digital transformation of companies and businesses, which expect their technology partners to be agile and offer them high added value, with flexible consumption models, to efficiently manage their requirements.
