The main challenge covered the integration with their transactional couponing systems (opportunities) and the agile management of the sale combining a guided process depending on the roles of the sales consultant.
The Journey
The main objective of the project was focused on user-friendly solutions for sales agents, and on simplicity on communication with the candidates. In this way, a candidate portal has been implemented where, with a series of simple steps, the potential student can follow the progress of the onboarding process. Sales agents can be informed of the status of each of them in real time.
From this portal, the candidate can finally confirm the enrollment and even make the payment (with an integration with a payment gateway) and the digital signature of the contracts.
The integrations with the available transactional systems allowed all the commercial focus to be collected in Dynamics 365, and from there to have automated processes that streamline sales management.
The Arrival
After implementing the solution, users have improved the management of information with candidates, allowing them to monitor the status of their applications in real time and in a straightforward way.
For the candidates, the process is completely digital, allowing them to access the status of their application and manage their enrollment in a very simple and direct way.
CONCLUSION
Dynamics 365 for Sales and its integration with portals, allows you to manage the entire sales process and onboarding of new students fully automatically. This prioritizes the work of sales representatives and speeds up responses and notifications to candidates.
Taking advantage of the standard functionalities offered by the platform will allow it to evolve, including new improvements to further streamline the day-to-day work of users and future students.
