This past Tuesday 04/06 at Microsoft’s offices we marked a new milestone with our INTELLIGENCE DAY #AIDAY event where we brought together professionals and experts to explore the latest trends and applications in the field of AI and to see real cases in use.
Our main objective has been to approach AI from a realistic and practical perspective, moving away from the typical generic Copilot videos. We wanted to delve into how to implement AI effectively in different industries, through real cases, and reflect on its practical and real application, addressing issues such as expectation management, the implementation of this type of strategy and the identification of specific use cases.
We opened the day with Juan Chinchilla from Microsoft as Director of the Business Applications Business Unit, who shared the company’s perspective on AI and its importance in the current landscape. His intervention set the tone for a day full of reflections on the current state of the technology.
We were able to count on the outstanding participation of Lynk&Co, represented by Jaime Cerejeira and Madalena Albuquerque, responsible for the company’s Customer Engagement Platform. They shared with us their experiences on how they are using the Microsoft platform to improve customer management through AI, offering valuable insights on the practical implementation of this technology in business environments.
In addition, we had the intervention of our Team lead of D365CE & PP, Victor Sanchez, who showed a case of use of AI in business management processes through tools such as Copilot Studio, D365 Customer Service and D365 Sales.
Thanks to Miguel Llorca, CIO of Torrent, we delved into the world of logistics. In his talk, he shared many key recommendations on how to structure effective AI strategies, from planning to implementation.
Accompanying Miguel, Hugo de Jesús, Head of Dynamics 365 FnO unit of Axazure, gave a demonstration on the possibilities of the different Copilots of the ERP Finance and Operations, showing the latest product innovations available.
We also had the participation of Sergio García, CIO of AENOR, and we were able to learn about the technological roadmap of the company, and the objectives achieved so far, highlighting the collaboration with Microsoft and with the help of a specialised partner such as Axazure, transforming internal processes, optimising both the ERP and CRM areas, as well as other specific projects digitised through Power Platform.
We were also able to talk about Process Mining, thanks to the participation of Demian Raschkovan, CRM/PowerPlatform Unit Manager of Axazure, who complemented Sergio’s talk with a demonstration of the capabilities of Process Mining applied to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to optimise processes.
And finally, to close the morning, we had a last session with Eduard Monteagudo Head of AI practice and Lucas Busquier Team Lead, who presented internally developed AI cases, demonstrating the potential of generative AI to solve a variety of business cases in an innovative and efficient way.
As a finale we were able to have lunch together at Microsoft’s offices giving us the opportunity to share some networking time between attendees and speakers. We were delighted to see how a face-to-face conversation can be so different and enriching, sharing ideas, experiences and even some funny anecdotes related to AI. Seeing each other allows the energy and creativity to flow so much more.
Our #AIDAY has been a success not only because of the quality of the content and presentations, but also because we have created a dynamic and collaborative network that will continue to drive AI forward in the future. We would like to thank all the participants for helping to make this event truly special. And now, we are already looking forward to organising the next Axazure-style event to continue to open up conversations about innovation and its contribution to different business models.
